Shauna Moody graduated as a Certified Massage Practitioner from the School of Healing Arts in San Diego, California in 2005. She has celebrated over 15 years of experience in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, specializing in the treatment of migraine and tension headaches, muscle tightness and spasms, pain, stress, trauma and injury.

Massages include the use of heat and essential oils (unless otherwise requested), and she incorporates the use of Circulatory and Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and relaxation techniques.

Appointments consist of a brief consultation and a 60 or 90 minute massage session. Every session is customized and tailored to her clients needs, goals and issues.
